Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Lunovus LLC ("Lunovus", "we") collects through First Month Free (blephadex.lunovus.com), how we use it, and your choices. In short: we use your information to get you your order and to help you, we don't sell it, and we never share your mobile number for anyone else's marketing.
What we collect
- What you give us. Your first name, mobile number and email when you ask us to text you a link, ask us to call you, or ask an eye doctor's office about Blephadex. The office and product you picked. For practices: your name, title, office details and contact information.
- A friend's email, if you send them a free month. We use it to send that one email. Afterward we keep only a coded (hashed) version of the address, so we don't email the same person twice and can honor their "don't send me these" request.
- Your area. We use your ZIP code, or the approximate city from your internet connection, to show eye doctors near you. We use your device's location only if you tap "Use my location," and only to find nearby offices.
- How the site is used. We count which steps visits reach (for example, "opened checkout") using a random visit ID, not your name. We also record anonymous visits with Microsoft Clarity to see where the site is hard to use. What you type is hidden in those recordings.
- Ad information. If you arrived from an ad, we note the campaign it came from. If you came from a Facebook or Instagram ad, we send Meta a few key steps (for example, that a visit started checkout or completed an order), with Meta's own click and browser IDs, your IP address and browser type, so Meta can measure the ad. We don't send Meta your name, email, phone number or the products you look at.
- Orders. You place your order and enter payment details in the secure Lunovus store (portal.lunovus.com). The store's own terms and privacy policy cover that information. The store tells us an order was completed, its total and the products in it, so we can count it and stop reminders.
How we use it
- To send the links, confirmations and reminders you asked for, and to call you back if you asked.
- To connect you with the eye doctor's office you picked. We may share your request (name, contact details and product) with that office so it can help you.
- To fill and support your order, answer questions and handle cancellations.
- To improve the site and measure which ads work.
- To follow the law and protect against fraud and abuse.
Who we share it with
- The eye doctor's office you choose, as described above.
- Companies that work for us: text-message and email delivery, website hosting, Microsoft Clarity and Meta as described above. They may use the information only to provide their service to us.
- If the law requires it, or to protect people's safety or our rights.
- If Lunovus's business is sold or merged, with the new owner, under this policy.
Your choices
- Texts: reply STOP to any message to stop, or HELP for help.
- Email: use the unsubscribe or "don't send me these" link in any email.
- Your information: to see, correct or delete what we have about you, email customerservice@lunovus.com or call 205-969-8500. Depending on where you live (for example, California and other states with privacy laws), you may have more rights, and we'll honor them. We won't treat you differently for using them.
How long we keep it
We keep requests and contact details only as long as we need them for the reasons above, or as the law requires, and then delete them.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections. No website is perfectly secure, so please don't send sensitive details (like card numbers) by text or email.
Children
First Month Free is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date above.
