These terms apply when you use First Month Free (blephadex.lunovus.com), run by Lunovus LLC ("Lunovus", "we"). By using the site, you agree to them.
The first-month-free offer
- Your first month of the Blephadex product you choose is free: $0 today, shipped to your home. No eye exam is needed.
- To get the free month online, you sign up for auto-ship. Your next supply ships about a month later at the auto-ship price shown before you check out, and it keeps coming until you cancel. Your card isn't charged until that next shipment.
- After the free month, it ships automatically every month (or every 3 months, where offered) at the regular auto-ship price until you cancel.
- Cancel anytime by calling Lunovus at 205-969-8500, 24 hours a day. Cancel before your next shipment and you won't be charged for it. Lunovus LLC, 729 1st Ave N, Birmingham, AL 35203.
- One free month per person and household. We may end or change the offer at any time. A change won't affect an order you've already placed.
- Orders are placed and paid in the secure Lunovus store (portal.lunovus.com), and the store's terms also apply to your order.
About the products
Blephadex is an eyelid cleanser for external use on the eyelids only. Use it as directed on the package and avoid direct contact with the eye. Stop use and talk to your eye doctor if irritation occurs. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Ask your eye doctor about your own eyes.

Participating practices dispense Lunovus products, and Lunovus has a business relationship with them. A listing is not a recommendation or endorsement of any product by the practice or its doctors. Office details come from the practice and its public website. Please call the office to confirm hours and services.
Giving a friend a free month
Send it only to people you know who'd want it. We email your friend once, with your first name on it, and never add them to a mailing list.
Text messages (SMS)
- Program: First Month Free by Lunovus.
- What you'll get: only what you ask for. A link to your order and one reminder, a confirmation and call-back about your order request, or messages about your office pickup. Message frequency varies, usually 1 to 3 messages per request.
- Msg & data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to stop at any time. You'll get one message confirming you're unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or call 205-969-8500.
- Agreeing to texts is never required to buy.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Using the site
Please don't misuse the site: no false information, automated scraping or attempts to break it. We provide the site "as is." To the extent the law allows, Lunovus isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages from using it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of Alabama, except where your state's consumer laws apply.
